Is there any particular time to sleep !
Can I sleep at any time that I wish !
Trying to sleep,closing eyes tightly
But still the Nidra devi not coming to me
I started to yawn, getting drowsy
Eyes looks tired, all lights off now
Trying to sleep but awake

No ma’am. I’m a sleep baby😂
My friends can sleep at anytime they wish. I don’t sleep in the afternoon as people do. I can’t survive without sleep. I’ll start acting weird if I’m sleep deprived 😂

A person should have at least 8 hrs sleep in night, else its badly affect their health and will leads to serious mental issues and health problems.
