  7. This touched me in a very personal way. My husband just came downtairs to my art studio. He stopped and commented on how he’s learning to slow down. He’s getting older, and it’s been hard for him to accept that he can’t do everything the way he did when he was younger. Instead of rushing down the stairs, he said, he realized he needed to slow down and take one step at a time. Your words made me think of this.

    1. Thank you Judith for sharing the thought with me. Nothing is constant in nature, time changes, life changes, passing faces, sometimes constant faces. Life is a learning process, it’s changes based on our pace like slow down, neutral, fast move…

        Three steps forward, two steps back
        Take small steps at first
        Step by step
        Stepping stones not stumbling blocks
        …so many, most cliches as you’ll see. But very true to life and also helpful in day to day circumstances.
