  1. Hey, that’s kinda true! Like, a sunrise you can see the orange, pink, blue, whereas a sunrise it’s just not as vibrant. 🤷‍♀️

    1. Yes Raksha, failures are the stepping stones to success, but people should learn from each failure to arise. I’am also not aware of the scientific reason on those.

  4. Aha.. Loved this cute and thought provoking post Athira.
    Yes, to add my cents, I think.,
    a Sunrise assures us that the Sun will be with us for the whole day, a whole new day before us full of hopes, aspirations and to gather the vigour to fulfill them.
    But a Sunset bids us a bye for the day and lets us dream anew for the next day, a complete new and unknown one yet to come, knowing not what it beholds ahead. And as usual, unknown and untrodden ones attract us. May be that’s one psychology working as a reason for sunsets being more attractive.. My cents though..!! 😄😄😄😄

  5. I like them both! I saw some spectacular sunrises over the ocean on the East Coast of our country (South Africa) in December and when we came back home, I saw beautiful sunsets over the ocean here on the West Coast.
    So, I think the ocean is the reason why I love them both so much 😁.

While we all cling to the brightness of a new day, better times ahead, a renewal, rebirth, a chance to start again there’s something undeniably gratifying and satisfying at the end of the day knowing you did your best, fulfilled a promise, made someone smile and get a chance to rest, recoup, give thanks and do it all again tomorrow.

  19. Sunsets seem more beautiful and peaceful to me, maybe bcuz it gives us a sign that the day has come to an end in a way and we feel a bit less stressed and take a deep breath. To me sunsets sorta reminds me of the tasks I have to do in the following day and that’s a bit stressful. Maybe that’s why sunsets are more beautiful🧡
