      1. Each brings some really nostalgic memories from past….all of home & childhood❤ orange n lemon candies, honey candies are my favourites. Unniyappam reminds me strongly of my late grandother❤❤

  19. There are several of those I haven’t eaten as I’ve not been introduced to Indian Sweets.

    I miss my Mom’s baking. She made amazing pies, cakes and cookies. I especially liked her Italian Cream Cake, Snickerdoodle cookies and Lemon Meringue pie. I make her recipe of shortbread cookies with real butter. I’ve added pistachio nuts and lemon to them and that is great. I enjoy rice pudding, homemade lemon icecream, almond croissants. I can be a sweet “freak” but try not to eat too many sweets 🙂
